At Boaz Trails, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
– You received a damaged or defective product
– You received the wrong item
– The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

– Order number
– Reason for return
– Clear photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
In most cases, you will be asked to return the item to a local address. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error ( wrong item sent, damaged product).
Refunds
As we operate on Cash on Delivery, we do not provide direct refunds to bank accounts or cards. Refunds are handled as follows:
– No cash refunds are issued
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
– Used or worn products
– Products returned without original packaging
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For cancellation requests, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
Damaged During Delivery
If your product arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the package from the delivery personnel and notify us immediately. If already accepted, report the issue with photos within 48 hours.
Exchanges
We offer replacements only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you need to exchange an item, email us with your request, and we’ll assist you through the process.
